MRI

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a non-invasive medical test that helps healthcare practitioners diagnose and treat medical conditions.

An MRI is the most advanced form of medical imaging available. It is safe for everyone since it uses a magnetic field instead of ionizing radiation.

Firstly, I am not sure where Rock Rasmussen had his MRI scan but Open Skies does have an open MRI as seen in the picture.  I had my scan there the other day and I must say I had an excellent experience.  The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant and the technicians were very patient and knowledgeable.  I was in before my appointment was scheduled to start.  I am a fairly big guy and do not like small spaces and was very comfortable in this machine.   For anyone who is a bit bigger and claustrophobic go to their website and check it out.

I went through the MRI today, for a neck and brain scan. I was very impressed – I became claustrophobic in the traditional MRI’s, not this one – it was open, the equipment did not move with an inch of your face. I was in the machine for over 40 minutes and had a great experience. I would of liked the report right away as it is not easy to get it when your from out of town.

I would consider choosing the Open Skies over getting a free MRI.

Thank you Open Skies

Staff is very nice and compassionate,

Environment is also nice and the images from the MRI are excellent.

Was well worth the 10hr drive to get there.

The staff are great, disability parking at the door and wait time is short. Washrooms available for patients. Usually I am out before my appointment time.

Bob Harkness

Excellent staff, nice equipment and an easy experience.
